Delete your FamilyZenAI account and data
This page describes how to delete the FamilyZenAI account (com.familyzenai.app, developer GI Gante s. r. o.) and the data held for it, what is removed, and what is kept and why.
Before you start: an active subscription
Deleting the account does not cancel a Pro subscription. A Google Play subscription belongs to your Google account, not to your FamilyZenAI account, and it keeps renewing until you cancel it. Cancel it first at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, then delete the account. If you delete first, the subscription can still be cancelled there afterwards.
The quickest way: in the app
Open FamilyZenAI and go to Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account and data. Nothing else is needed: you are already signed in, so the app can prove whose account it is and delete it straight away.
The app reports success only after the server confirms it. It removes:
- the app's data on that device — events, drafts, templates, settings and the local cache;
- the records held for your account on the FamilyZenAI backend: synced events, the subscription entitlement record, the daily request counters and the links to the devices that used it;
- your membership of the family space, if you were in one;
- the calendar access you granted: the app asks Google to revoke the token, and any calendar account connected through the browser sign-in is disconnected on the server.
For two hours after the deletion the server refuses any request that still carries a token issued before it, so nothing can be written back under the deleted account.
If you no longer have the app installed
Send a deletion request. The form below opens your e-mail app with the request filled in — it sends nothing by itself, and this page stores nothing.
Your e-mail app did not open, or you would rather write it yourself? Send the account address to info@gi-gante.com with the subject "FamilyZenAI account deletion request".
We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of the request at the latest, once the account has been identified. We ask for the account address only to find the right account, and we use it for nothing else.
What is deleted, and what is kept

| A marker that the account was deleted | Kept for two hours, so tokens issued before the deletion cannot write anything back. It holds the account identifier and the time, nothing else. |
