Core flow

  • Add selected text, a screenshot, a camera photo, or a voice transcript.
  • AI prepares only one structured event or reminder draft with date, time, category, and participants where possible.
  • Review and edit the suggestion before it is saved, reminded, shared, or exported.
  • Use reminders, templates, family filters, and week view to keep routine tasks visible.
  • Connect Google and Outlook calendars from several accounts and keep one event in both at the same time.

Data and safety

  • No OpenAI key is stored in the mobile app; AI requests go through the backend.
  • Photos, text, and voice transcripts are processed only when you choose to scan them.
  • Before camera or gallery scanning, the app explains that selected images may be processed by the backend and OpenAI.
  • Backend access uses Firebase authentication, Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity where supported, and request quotas.
  • Family sync and Google/Outlook calendar sync are optional, require explicit account connection, and calendars are synced only when you start it yourself.

AI limits

  • The AI workflow is limited to preparing calendar event or reminder suggestions.
  • The app is not a general chatbot and does not accept arbitrary prompts for answers.
  • AI suggestions may be incomplete or wrong, so the user must confirm the final event.
  • FamilyZenAI does not provide legal, medical, financial, emergency, or safety-critical advice.

Pro subscription

  • Free plan includes a starter allowance for AI scans.
  • Pro monthly and annual plans are priced and displayed by Google Play for the user's country, currency, and applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions are sold only through Google Play and can be managed or cancelled from the Play subscriptions center.
