Honest storage cleaner

Cacher

Cacher shows what is actually taking up space on your phone and clears exactly what you choose — app caches, duplicates, old screenshots and downloads, leftovers of uninstalled apps. Real numbers, no scare tactics, no ads, and nothing ever leaves your device.

Cacher

One screen tells you how much you can free — and what exactly will go.
App caches One run over many apps. Where Android hides the button, Cacher walks you to it instead of pretending.
Real junk Duplicates, old screenshots and downloads, large forgotten files.
Deep clean Empty folders, leftovers of uninstalled apps and stale installers.
Unused apps See what you have not opened for months and how much it holds.
Confirmed, not claimed Cleared 494 MB

A cleanup counts as done only when the system confirms the cache actually shrank.

Nothing pre-selected You always see the full list first and pick what goes. Duplicate originals are protected and cannot be selected.

What it does

  • Shows free and used storage at a glance, plus how much it grew over the last days.
  • Finds duplicates, old screenshots, old downloads, and large files you forgot about.
  • Clears app caches app by app. On some phones it taps the button for you; where the system keeps that button out of reach, it opens each storage screen and steps aside so you tap it yourself. Cacher checks your phone and tells you which one it is.
  • Deep clean removes empty folders, leftovers of uninstalled apps, stale APK installers, and system litter.
  • Lists apps you have not opened for months, so you can decide what to uninstall.
  • Runs on Android 10 and newer. What the platform does not allow on your version is shown greyed out with the reason, not quietly missing.

Honest by design

  • Never claims to speed up your phone, free RAM, or save battery — no app can do that. Cacher frees storage, and says so.
  • Nothing is pre-selected for deletion, and the original of every duplicate group is protected.
  • Results are measured, not estimated: a cleanup is reported only when the system confirms it.
  • Where Android offers a trash bin, deletion goes there first. Where it does not, the app warns you plainly.
  • No ads anywhere, not even in the free version.

Privacy

  • Everything runs on your device: no server, no account, no uploads.
  • No analytics, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising identifier, no tracking.
  • Permissions are requested step by step; the first scan needs no special access at all.
  • Writing to support composes the email for you — including an optional diagnostics file you can read in full first — but your own mail app sends it.
  • The accessibility service is optional and off by default. While a cleanup runs it reads the text of the settings screen it opened — that is how the button is found — and keeps nothing. Between cleanups it receives nothing at all, and one tap withdraws it.

Cacher+

  • Scanning, cleaning, and the results stay free forever — the premium tier sells convenience, not the outcome.
  • Adds scheduled scans with a quiet report, smart rules, app groups, analytics with cleanup history, a widget and a Quick Settings tile, themes and alternative icons.
  • Sold only through Google Play; prices and taxes are shown by Play for your country, and it is cancelled from the Play subscriptions center.
